When we went to get on the boat to return to the hotel we were shouted at across the street by a very loud irate 'lady' who advised us the trip was one way only! What a way to treat your customers! Take their money and then verbally abuse them after providing them with incorrect information. The older gentleman who was our 'guide' advised we could return to the hotel on their boat and gave us the times it would be leaving. We literally had to ask the way out as there was no clear exit.
